Echelon Luxury Homes, LLC decided that after a rather rocky building permit process, they would investigate alternatives. They requested that DPU design an alternative scheme for each building based on the approved building foundations (then still under construction).  Client approval of the overall schematic and aesthetic changes occurred over several months of in-person meetings and the client finally approved the schemes for the official amended permit resubmission.
